The Colwyn Bay Cons Club stood in Coed Pella Road, Colwyn Bay. The building has now been levelled for housing. The club always had a strong side in the league right up until the day it was closed down.

This is the 1984 Colwyn Bay Cons team featuring the very popular father and son pairing of the late Gwyn Breese and his son Nigel. 3 of the players still play in the league in 2005.

Snooker tradition kept in the family of the late Jack Smith who is the Grand-dad of the leagues Secretary and Churchmens player Peter Roberts.

By far their most successful season, and the most successful of almost any team was 1973. This year they did the treble of all 3 of the leagues main competitions
